Dear students,

In order to do better work in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic, and to ensure the safety of the campus and the health of all teachers and students, we issued the notice “International Students Are Not Allowed to Return to School In Advance” on 28 January, requiring all international students not to return to school before receiving the official notice from the school.

Once again, we would like to remind all the students who are living outside China that they are not allowed to return to China before the school officially issues the opening notice. Those who return to school or China without approval will be punished in accordance with the school rules and regulations, and the scholarship will be affected. Those who cause serious consequences such as the spread of the epidemic shall be expelled from school.

Novel coronavirus epidemic prevention and control is an event of common concern all over the world. China’s anti-epidemic experience has proved that minimizing personnel mobility and keeping social distance as far as possible is the most effective way to prevent the spread of the epidemic. Dear students, please take a responsible attitude towards yourself and your family, actively do a good job in personal protection and do the following:

First, wash hands frequently and ventilate frequently. Go out less and avoid gathering. If you really need to go out, be sure to wear a mask correctly, and do not touch your mouth, nose and eyes with your hands before washing your hands. Reduce the use of public transport, and do not take long-distance means of transport such as airplanes and trains.

Second, maintain regular work and rest in your daily life, exercise appropriately, get enough sleep and eat reasonably, so as to improve the body’s immunity.

Third, always pay attention to the health status of yourself and your family. If you have fever, dry cough and other suspicious symptoms, you should consult your doctor as soon as possible, wear a mask correctly, and go to the hospital in time.

Students who are still staying in China, please do not let down your guard. Please remember to wear masks correctly when leaving the room, do not gather, wash your hands frequently, keep the room ventilated and hygienic, and exercise properly to maintain physical and mental health.

During this period, please seriously participate in online learning and actively complete learning tasks so as to lay a good foundation for back-to-school study.
