According to the relevant administrative regulations of the Ministry of Education and Sichuan Agricultural University, which are about handling of expelling graduate student, in accordance with "Administrative Regulations for University Students " (Order No. 41 of the Ministry of Education , PRC ), and "Administrative Measures for Doctoral Students”and"Administrative Measures for Master Students”, if a student fails to complete his/her studies within the specified period of schooling (including suspension) will be expelled by the university.

    According to the above regulations, after the study of the President's Office, it is proposed that eight students, including Chen Xihang, will be expelled from school. Due to the long-term failure to contact those students, the Letter of Withdrawal Decision cannot be delivered directly, or the students have not gone through the formalities of withdrawing of school after the service. It is now delivered by means of online announcement.

    If the student has any objection to the withdrawal, please submit a written appeal to the Student Appeal Handling Committee of the university within 30 days from the date of announcement. If the student fails to submit a written appeal within the time limit, it will be regarded as no objection and the university will deal with the withdrawal and cancel the student status.
