According to the relevant regulations of the “Administrative Regulations for University Students” (Order No.41 of the Ministry of Education, PRC), “Quality Standard of Higher Education for International Students in China (Trial)” (Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges of the Ministry of Education, PRC [2018] No. 50), “Administrative Teaching Measures for Undergraduate Students” (Academic Affairs Office [2020] No.6) and “Regulations for International Students” ( International College [2020] No.2) of Sichuan Agricultural University, the student applies for withdrawal or has participated in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for two consecutive weeks without approval will be expelled by the university.
According to the above regulations, after the study of the office meeting of Presidents, it is proposed that five international students will be expelled from school (see table1 for name list). Due to the long-term failure to contact those students, the Notification Letter of Withdrawal Decision cannot be delivered directly. It is now delivered by means of online announcement.
If the student has any objection to the withdrawal, please submit a written appeal to the Student Appeal Handing Committee of the university within 30 days from the date of announcement. If the student fails to submit a written appeal within the time limit, it will be regarded as no objection and the university will deal with the withdrawal and cancel the student status.
