With the 31st Summer Universiade in Chengdu approaching, the Foreign Affairs Office of Chengdu Municipal People’s Government, together with member units of CISCHEIA, will jointly hold “2023 CISCHEIA Short Video Competition”. This competition aims to further promote the development of CISCHEIA and strengthen the friendly exchanges among its members. The relevant matters of the event are hereby notified as follows:

1. Event Content

This competition plans to recruit short video works among students from member units of CISCHEIA and related universities, with the theme of "Youth Welcome the Universiade". The competition will set 1 special prize, 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes, 5 third prizes, 10 excellent prizes, and 15 excellent organizing prizes with certificates and awards. The outstanding works will be publicized and displayed during the 2023 Universiade in Chengdu.

2. Participants

（1）Chinese and foreign students from member units of CISCHEIA.

（2）Students of foreign universities who are from the International Sister Cities of Chengdu whichh ave cooperation and exchanges with Chinese universities in Chengdu.

（3）Students from other world-renowned universities and colleges which have cooperation and exchanges with Chinese universities in Chengdu.

3. Video Requirements

（1）Video Content: Students can share the stories and perceptions of enjoying sports, enhancing health, improving personality, so as to show the healthy, youthful and progressive spirit of contemporary youth as well as share the experience and achievements in the construction of campus sports culture. The title of the works can be self-designed.

（2）Video Duration: notmore than 3 minutes.

（3）Video Format:

        a) Parameter requirements: Resolution HD (1280×720) or FHD (1920×1080) or 4K (3840×2160), frame rate 24 fps, 16:9 aspect ratio.

        b) File format: MP4 (H.264).

        c) File size: No more than 500MB.

        d) File name: school name + author name.

（4）Dubbing Text Material: For later editing and publicity, if the video is dubbed, please provide the Chinese or English text material of the dubbing content (in WORD version).

4. Registration andSubmission

（1）Registration

Before May 6th: Participants need to fill out the “2023 CISCHEIA Short Video Competition Registration Form”and “Registration Information Statistics” and send it to us by email:73224@sicau.edu.cn.

（2）Submission

Before June 10th: Participants should submit their works (including the video and WORD of dubbing content) to us by email:73224@sicau.edu.cn.
